Sweep and stretch
I had a sweep and stretch on Wednesday afternoon I had had a tiny bit of bloody show on Wednesday morning prior to this. We did the sweep and stretch - I was initially at a 1-2, and she stretched me to a 4. She said 40-50% effaced at the time.
Thursday I lost my mucus plug. It had blood with it but I assumed that was from the sweep/stretch.
I’m having occasional cramping, but nothing time-able.
Thoughts on when labor is coming??
