TMI!! Mucus plug??

Question

Only 20 weeks and just had this. No cramping or anything but also had spotting two days ago. Would you call OB over this or just wait since it is possible to lose parts of mucus plug??

No nothing to be concerned about. It regenerates.

I would still get checked. Asked to check my cervix length etc . 
I’m on my third pregnancy . I had a leep and cone biopsy done in February so I am high risk for preterm labour . I found out last week my cervix is affected and I’ve been researching ever since . 
So as many stories I read about losing mucus plug and all being well . Some of the stories I read also indicated preterm labour . So IMO better always be on the safe side and get checked !
