2 periods last month, no period this month but having symptoms

I’m just a little confused. Last month I had 2 periods. This month I’ve had a good amount of action with my husband. I just didn’t put it down on my calendar. Not sure what’s going on. I have pretty sore nipples, and mad cravings but I’ve already taken 2 pregnancy test they were negative. My periods are always in between that 28-35 cycle.
