Pregnancy after miscarriage

Hi mamas, so I had a miscarriage December 13th in the evening and a D&C December 14th in the morning to clean what I didn’t pass naturally. My question is has anyone got pregnant after miscarriage? How long did it take you to get pregnant? How was that pregnancy?
