Please help I am scared of ectopic

I am ttc I had a miscarriage last year. I ovulate later in cycle like cd 15 16 .my periods are 32-34 days long .this time I am having spotting at cd11 -12 which is first time in life. I look ovulation test and it’s seems positive. Please guide is it because of ovulation of I am having ectopic pregnancy. I had periods on time predicted by glow. I am having back pain . I am having anxiety
