Welp, I gave myself a yeast infection for Xmas.
I’ve been holed up for the last few days WFH and wrapping Christmas presents. My diet has mainly been ice cream, oranges, yogurt with fruit, peanut butter and bananas, with some chicken dinners sprinkled in. One night I literally had a pint of ice cream for dinner. I’ve also been eating cookies and candy daily at the office before I started WFH this week.
After a couple days of itchiness I noticed that thick, white discharge.
I’m such an idiot! I took a bath this morning and am sitting with plain Greek yogurt between my labia. Pray for me! How am I going to get through the holiday without carbs and sugar?
Point is, don’t be like me. Don’t become a sugar addict when you’re in holiday goblin mode.
