Hey everyone! Please save the judgmental comments.

I just found out I’m pregnant (merry Christmas to me!) but we weren’t exactly trying. My husband’s little sister tragically died last month, so we quit ttc and I picked up the filthy habit of smoking juul from the stress.

I want to quit but my MIL (is an optometrist, so a medical professional but not quite in the realm of obgyn stuff) told me that nicotine withdrawals can kill an embryo this early on. My doctor’s office is closed so I have no one else to ask.

Can I quit cold Turkey? Should I try tapering off? It feels so gross to continue to vape and I really don’t want to buy more but I also don’t want to harm our baby.
