Late period while on 7 day break..pill

Okay, so I have recently been put on the pill Maexeni, I used to take microgynon.  I am now on my 7 day break and I don't have my bleed yet. The last pill I took was Thursday night so I'm 3 days late, usually I would start on Saturday. I did forget to take my pill a couple of times but I would always take it when I remembered, and my husband always finishes inside of me. I don't know weather I should put it down to the fact that I have a bad chest infection and starting a new job so it's stressful on my body.. Do you think there is any chance I could be pregnant?
