Hi did I not get my Christmas miracle?what does this mean I’m 12dpo and BD on cd13&15 . .I did take pregnancy test since 8dpo and all came back negative I do have cramps every now and then and my breast’s are sore now

Hi did I not get my Christmas miracle?what does this mean I’m 12dpo and BD on cd13&15 I do have cramps every now and then and my breast’s are sore now .it’s very pink never had this before .I did take pregnancy test since 8dpo and all came back negative
