Am I the only woman whose husband enjoys time in the streets vs being at home with his family? It has been this way since we got married 4 years ago. He also never makes plans for us but always has a plan with his crew.

I don't have an issue with him being with friends. It's just there is no balance and I feel like he hates being with us even though he claims he cares about me & our two small kids. When we separated for close to a year, he promised he would put his family first. But still, it's like he rather party or chill at a friend house. Mind you, he is 37 going on 38.

Of course, he expects me to be in the house with his kids. He still expects sex from me but I cringe at the thought. Our anniversary passed and he asked me "oh what did we do for our anniversary". I said "nothing, you forgot". He told me that it was bad and claims to want to celebrate next year.

Am I expecting too much? He was a better boyfriend though. We had lots of fun times. But now, it's like blah.

The good thing is he spent most of the holiday in the house watching movies, eating and etc. Then he got dressed at. 10pm and left.

Anyway, how do you ladies handle it?

I try to focus on my kids and myself but it does get lonely at times. I guess I'm just missing a connection between us or one I think husband/wife should have.
