Bleeding?

Hi,

I’ve been on bc for about 3 months now with no issues, I’ve only missed one day in my entire time taking it. Last night I had a super bad migraine and I threw up. I couldnt remember if it had been 2 hours after taking my pill so I took a second pill just incase I threw up the first one. I woke up today and I am bleeding, should I be worried?
