Get this checked out ASAP. My daughter who is now 12 had ringworm on her head from my ex inlaws kitten who had ringworm. It was a huge bald patch on her head because its gotten worse over the course of days. I suggest seeing the dermatologist and getting the shampoo they have for it. It dried it out completely and was the best solution to resolving it. It definitely looks like ringworm. Goodluck

I had one when I was around 4-5 and I would pick at it so much it would bleed. My mom would apply garlic, eventually it went away. Idk if the garlic did anything though.
