My wife is pregnant with baby #2 and I found out yesterday. We are so excited, and nervous to have 2 under 2. Our first is 14 months today. We decided to announce to my parents today. My wife is no contact with her family and wanted to have the support of someone else knowing because we believe every baby should be celebrated even if we announce early. Well we told my mom and dad and my mom was in shock but happy, and my dad disregarded us completely.. he muttered “what would you do that for” and it really broke our hearts because we were so excited to share this. We have been no contact with my parents in the past due to not respecting our marriage but overcame in a healthy way and have been doing great for the past couple years.
