How do I tell him I am pregnant

My period was late and I was feeling off so I decided to take a test. We haven’t been together long but did have a conversation before having sex about what would happen if I somehow got pregnant. We were on the same page about keeping the baby but I just lost my job and license (temporarily) due to a health issue. He is at work right now. When he gets home how am I supposed to tell him?!
