Please help

I am on the combo pill and take it around the same time every day. Yesterday I went to wipe and there was bright pink red blood and then it stopped later. My bf and I had sex a couple days prior but the condom accidentally slipped off but he didn’t cum. Should I be worried or was the blood just spotting?
