Implantion bleeding??

When I was 8 dpi I had creamy slippery white discharge and then later that around 9:30 I notice I was spotting(the picture below). I put a pad on just in case it was my period because my period was due in 5 days. The next morning I looked at the pad nothing was there so I took it off around 12pm it stared again but instead of spotting it was light bleeding. I put a pad on again think ok it’s just starting early but then it slowed down again and completely stopped once it was night time. It continues like this for 2 days, it was to the point I could wear one pad all day and there was just two streaks of blood on it. Today I’m 12 dpo and I’ve just been spotting all day and there is just one spot on the pad I’m wear. I never had a period like this nor have I had one that came this early, I’m had other symptoms along with the spotting like at 10dpo I had thrown up around 10:30 in the morning for no reason. Could I be pregnant or am I think to much into it?
