Not necessarily. I’ve read that watery CM is still fertile as some women don’t get the EW consistency. But that doesn’t mean you did or will ovulate. Heck, you can get a positive OPK and still not ovulate. Watery discharge is normal though. Mine gets really super heavy just after my period ends. Lasts for a few days.
