I posted the following picture back in June talking about how frustrated I was that I hadn’t started my period yet but all the pregnancy tests were negative. Well July 4th (cycle day 44) I took another test and it was positive. On 8/10 it was confirmed that we were having a missed miscarriage and had to have a dnc on 8/11. (I never started bleeding. My HCG levels were not doubling and there was no heart beat when we seen the fetal pole at the sonogram.) I finally had started my period after my DNC back in October and became very regular again. My periods started in between cycle days 30-35.

Well here I am again. I’m currently at cycle day 40. All of the pregnancy tests I’ve taken are negative and my period has not shown up yet. Has anyone ever gone through this? Has anyone ever tested positive 2-3 weeks after your period was supposed to start and have had a healthy pregnancy? I had a successful (high risk) pregnancy back in 2019-2020. I’m just not sure why trying for baby #2 has been so hard?!
