Anyone have any pointers on what to do for my induction to help with dilation? We're trying a vbac at 39 weeks and wanna know what positions or items to use during my labor to fully dilate for this baby. He dropped a while ago and I haven't dilated at all based on my last appointment ( the doctor had issues reaching my cervix though and couldn't tell 100% what was going on). Contractions come and go, pelvic pressure and back pain are at an all time high. My first did the same thing and stayed in about 7 weeks after dropping. We're at 6 weeks now and it's getting awful.
