Well, I guess I’m pregnant (40)

I’ve been with my boyfriend over a year and we are okay. We have our ups and downs. But I told him if I could I would give him the baby he’s always wanted. Well here we are. I am so beyond scared. I have 2 kiddos 12 and 16, he doesn’t have any. I have no clue how or when to tell him and my kids. It’s been 12 almost 13 years since I’ve done this! Advice please!! I want to cry for a million different reasons!
