Stressed but Blessed ♥️

Renate

As I’m sure it has been for so many of you, 2022 was rough for us!

In June I had a biopsy over a breast cancer scare (everything came back fine luckily!)

In July we started trying for baby #3 (3rd and final 🤣)

At the end of July my husbands company suddenly fires almost 15 employees citing “performance issues” for each.

We continue trying knowing it should take a bit to get pregnant and shouldn’t be long before he gets a job…right…?

NOPE 😂 positive pregnancy test 9/1! He finally found a new job after two months and started at the end of September.

Next up-I head to the hospital for the first time in my life outside of having babies because I was honestly terrified I was dying. Turned out I had a Subchorionic Hemorrhage. That seems to have cleared up but now my doctor discovered I have an anterior placenta and she is monitoring for placenta previa.

In addition to all of this, my family has now been sick with a stomach bug for Halloween, covid AND the flu for thanksgiving, and now a head cold for Christmas & New Years. To say I’m over 2022 is an understatement 😂

We are still trying to recover financially and emotionally from this year, but I also can’t help but feel like this pregnancy happened exactly when it was supposed to. Her big sister cannot wait to meet her and her big brother is a bit nervous but I cannot wait to see him in the older sibling role!

If you stuck it out this long, thanks for reading! Happy New Year!!
