Anyone else High risk??

I am hetero c677t and have a history of late term loss. My last pregnancy I was put on folic acid (folate) and baby aspirin before lovenox with little complications (I also have incompetent cervix)

My now question is: has anyone successfully carried with just folate and baby aspirin? My new, current doctor doesn’t see the need to put me on my injection. He says he doesn’t see the need even tho I had a successful pregnant last time.

He didn’t recommend folate or baby aspirin but I started that before I even saw him bc that was my guidance last time. I am just hoping to hear positive stories.

Also I was recently diagnosed with high cholesterol before becoming pregnant. Any insight on that during pregnancy would be helpful too.
