Hi, ladies! I'm 8 weeks into my first pregnancy. I used to eat a moderately strict paleo diet, but I deviated in the months before I got pregnant. This holiday season has been full of candies and breads. I really want to start eating a nutrient dense diet again, as I feel it would be better for both me and the baby, but am not sure if a paleo diet is feasible during pregnancy. Has anyone else tried to eat paleo while pregnant? How did it work, especially in the first trimester?
