Help! Possible implantation pain?

Question

I’m currently on cycle day. 24 I had a positive ovulation test on the 21st Dec.. for the past 2 days my breasts are really sensitive and I am having a dull ache / pull / twinge in my right side where I feel Ovulation pain but this feels different. Could it be implantation? As I’ve already ovulated and had those pains last week? I’m praying as we’ve been ttc for 4 years 🙏🏼

Could be ovulation pain with ovulation happening later than expected. 
Implantation occurs in the uterus not the ovaries so it would be a more centralised pain if this were the case, your ovaries have done their job days before implantation happens. 
Could also be something completely unrelated eg digestive pain.

Could be also OPKs don’t tell you if you’ve ovulated it tells you when your LH hormones rise which can happen without ovulating. BBTing is the only other way to truly know if your ovulating or then blood tests and ultrasounds.
