I am really just looking for similar stories, good or bad!

My last cycle started 11/6/22, and I got my first BFP 12/11/22. According to LMP, I should be 7w4d today. I have been bleeding (ranging from brown spotting to dark red moderate flow) and passing clots (small and large) for a little over 2 weeks now. During these last 2-ish weeks, my OB has continually been monitoring my hCG and it has continued to increase as expected.

During my ultrasound this afternoon, the tech told me the baby was measuring at exactly 6w0d and had a heart rate of 140. She said it was really hard to find and that she had almost missed it. We were able to see the heartbeat, but couldn’t hear it. I asked if she could see a cause for my bleeding on the ultrasound, and she said she couldn’t find a reason.

I understand I could’ve easily ovulated later in my cycle, as I don’t track ovulation and have been having irregular cycles for the last 6-9 months.

Has anyone had something similar happen, with measuring this far behind and also bleeding?
