Could I be pregnant 5 months postpartum

Just had a baby 5 months ago and I'm feeling kind of weird.
At first, was thinking that my periods were coming back but I keep waiting and nothing...
Anybody had 2 babies very close? What were the first signs?
Still breastfeeding and wasnt planning on having another baby.
We had sex once in 5 months.
