Incorrect Birth Tear Repair

Has anyone been repaired poorly directly after birth from a tear? My doctor did not do a proper repair leaving it partially open and stitched me too tightly in other areas and now I’ve been having prolonged issues and repairs since. Just wondering if others have had similar experiences?
