The internet has so much conflicting information! I'm 4.5 weeks pregnant and have the flu. I have been suffering for 5 days and needed to take something so I could breathe. After scouring the internet, I saw several decongestants were safe. After I took the Allegra d I scoured some more and came across a couple articles that said you should not take anything in d form....ugh!!! So now I'm freaking out. What did I just put at risk? Nothing Im finding is straight forward.
