Abdominal Cramping
I’m four weeks and three days postpartum and did any of y’all have any terrible cramping? For the past two hours, I have been getting these terrible contraction type cramps and it hurts so bad. Also, I’ve been having pain in my ribs and pelvic area/hips. Is this normal during recovery?
