Clogged/plugged ducts

So my left boob I believe has a plugged duct. It hurts really badly and I've pumped several times and it's barely relieving the pain. I'm an exclusive pumper. What can I do to relieve the pain and unclog the duct?

EDIT: my pain and swelling have gone done IMMENSELY using the suggestion in the comments of the new recommendations. I did not massage the clog, I took ibuprofen and used a cold compress. To anyone reading this having the same problem, the super long comment is definitely the way to go in my opinion! Thank you!
