Since last year my husband and I have been working on the wedding we never had. Been married 10 years. We have so many setbacks. The first wedding planner we had turned out to be a scam. Then behind her we lost two other important vendors and had to hire 3 more. We never got our money back either. We’ve put over $5000 into this whole ordeal and now after two pushbacks, (venue overbooked us) we still weren’t able to come up with $1000 to finish this off. We’ve tried getting a loan from any family and friends. No help. We have the money to pay everything but we have to use it for bills. We worked so hard for all of this and it’s embarrassing that we don’t think we can pull this off. One week away and with being pregnant, all this stress, and not enough money, we are really about to cancel. My husband doesn’t even want it anymore either. No family support, and we don’t even feel like we have genuine friends either. I’m so down today. I don’t want to stress out anymore so maybe canceling everything is just what we have to do. We just won’t get any money back. I’m not on here asking for money. Just need some encouragement. It’s a sad day.
