I need some advice. My baby has never been easy to get to sleep. I’ve tried and tried to get her to bed early and it just won’t happen. I’ve been rocking her to sleep then transferring her to her crib but lately she wakes as soon as I stand up. I know I should’ve sleep trained before now. Tonight I put her in her crib when she was drowsy and she proceeded to cry for an hour with no sleep in sight. When I went down her face was all swollen and purple blotches from crying. It’s so frustrating I get no time to myself and I know that sounds terrible but my friends babies are in their crib by 7. Last night she wouldn’t stay asleep so I took her in my bed and she wouldn’t fall asleep until 2. I’m at a loss. I don’t have the money for a sleep consultant and it’s very hard to let her cry for over an hour every night when I have a 6 year old that needs sleep for school. HELP!!
