Who is taking vitex and how long have you been on it?

Have been taking vitex 400mg since last year. Have conceived twice this year and have lost both pregnancies. First was cornual type of ectopic in Jan and in November had a miscarriage at 7wks.I'm thinking of stopping it now? Since I'm not trying until may or June next year. How long have you been on it and has it worked for you? Do you intend to continue taking it? TIA

It made everything worse! It is also extremely important to tell the dr that you are on this if you fall pregnant as they need to replace vitex with a progesterone supplement as stoping when pregnant will lower progesterone and cause miscarriage. 
It gave me mood swings near depression. Cycles where 210 days, major headaches needing a lumbar puncture! Took 6 months after stopping vitex to actually ovulate again. (I took it as I have mild pcos it was my worse idea ever)
