Can anyone pls tell me what this is ? Could this be an allergic reaction ? I’ve just come from ER they said it was an allergic reaction but that it isn’t in her mouth skin only. I ate salmon and peanuts 2 days ago and I’m breastfeeding but I’ve eaten this before without any issues. They’ve given me antihistamine and calamine lotion but I’m nervous to give my baby medication that will make her sleepy.

It was small but spread pretty quickly all over her body.
