Will I go into labor because if this

Question

I’m almost 39w and we haven’t had sex in 2 weeks until today because my husband was scared to. 
I do not have any labor signs others than the normal ones of end of pregnancy signs. Cramps and back pains me all that. 
I’m just really worried that sex would
Make me go into labor today

No, sex does not actually cause labor unless your body is already preparing for labor, semen can soften the cervix and orgasm causes uterine contractions but none of that will put you into labor if your body isn’t already starting to. 
Also, if you had your baby now just so you know you’d be fine and so would baby. Mine came at 37 and 36 weeks. 39-41 weeks is the preferred range of normal but anywhere from 36-42 weeks is considered some form of term. 36-38 is early term. 39-41 is term. And 41-42 is considered late term.

There’s nothing wrong with having sex and it’s supposed to help you go into labor or start it . Me and my fiancé always had sex which helped and we just had our 3rd baby Nov 13th of this year. There’s nothing to be scared or worried about 🙏

It will only make you go into labour if the baby is ready to come, if not it won't do anything.
