7 weeks after the birth of both our rainbows. I had 2nd degree internal and external tears with both. First layer of stitches in the muscles and second layer on the surface skin. The surface stitches healed in about 4-6 weeks but the muscle layer of stitches didn't heal for about 7 weeks. I definitely wanted to wait until those were fully healed and my cervix was closed again before doing anything. No masturbating because I had just had a baby and my shit was sore 🥹 Not worth the pain of trying anything.

The longest time without masturbating… probably the 6-8 weeks after having my son lol. That was 14 years ago tho. Since then, the longest was probably a month.
