Letrozole/femara
I’m about to start by fourth medicated cycle and am not sure which day is considered cycle day 1. I started my period Friday around 5pm- very light, didn’t fill a pad or tampon. Saturday morning woke up to a full flow. Would Friday or Saturday be considered day 1?
