90% effaced 2cm dilated?

First time mom - not sure what to expect. Waiting for other labor signs. How long does it take with the above measurements in mind? Thanks.

Such a hard thing to predict. Effacement is more indicative of labor than dilation (especially at only 2 cm). But, anecdotally, I was 38+6 when I was 3cm and almost 100% effaced with baby #2 and gave birth at 39+2! Buuuut I had a friend walk around at 3-4 cm for two weeks!
