To cut a long story short I’m 5 weeks 2 days pregnant. I started bleeding yesterday, pink blood then red. Last night I had bad cramps and was advised by the doctor to go to a&e to rule out an ectopic.

Was seen and they told me the earliest scan they can do is Thursday.

Although I’ve been bleeding nothing is going onto a pad. It’s only when I wipe. I’m also getting these clots now but again not on my pad. This is my 3rd miscarriage and is different from the other 2. I’m just curious as to why it’s not going onto the pad and would this not be considered a ‘flow’ just spotting?
