Is this my mucus plug? If so when should I expect contractions to start?

I had this 2 days before my due date around 4 AM with lower back pain and mild contractions..when I woke up, everything became normal. I was 2cm dilated at 10AM and didn't progress even in the evening. my doctor offered me gel induction. I accepted and delivered my baby next day 10.12 AM

It’s a bloody show, I’ve never had it, but seen some people say from 24-48 hours and others say it was 1-2 weeks!
