First period????

Omg im 9 weeks pp and just got my period today wow its heavy its crazy should i worry or its normal? How are y'alls first period like?

You didn’t have a period for 9 months! Yes it’s normal. My period was heavy when I got it back at 6 weeks pp.

It’s normal. Mine showed up 28 days after delivery like clockwork with my cycle pre-pregnancy. 😑
It was irregular though then the first 6 months after that.

The first one was the worst for me, after that it was back to normal. That first one lasted a couple extra days, worse cramps, mood swings (I never get mood swings), and heavier bleeding. Back to shorter, easier periods the next month.
