Hey all,

I’ve been having normal periods for 10ish years. The last month I had a normal period at start of months and then I had what I thought to be ovulation spotting (brown) or blood that hadn’t been released, although it later turned into another period. Then December I had a period in second week and all was ok. Two days ago (late December) I had irritation on outside which I put some cream on and this went but I started getting brown spotting again. Thinking it must be ovulation again but today it has turned into darker red blood from brown. Any suggestions of what it could be and if it’s normal.

I’ve seen people saying that they had a similar thing when they’re sleeping pattern was off, mine has been on different patterns over the last two months, I’m defo not pregnant. Thanks
