Also implantation bleeding is rare

No. If ovulation was legitimately 3-4 days ago it’s impossible for you to be pregnant yet. It takes several days for egg and sperm to meet, fertilize, travel to uterus and implant. It’s more likely you’re experiencing ovulation/fertile week symptoms. 
The app is also just a guesstimate.
