Morning sickness advice
I have been STRUGGLING to keep things down lately. Zofran isn’t much help either. But I did some reading and I happened to see on some other posts that some women are drinking smoothies or protein shakes and they seem to help or stay down. Anyone have any recipes or shakes they recommend? I will do just about anything at this point lol I definitely did NOT vomit this much with my first baby!
