Quality time

So I just have a question bc it's been bothering me.. Me and my bf only get to hang out 3-4 times a week (if we're lucky) and everytime we're spending time together he'll be constantly on his phone texting his friends (or on fb). I'll be trying to cuddle with him and he'll be just texting. Watching a movie and he's on his phone. I asked him if he could not do it bc I want his attention while we're together. I don't text my friends when I'm with him bc I find it kind of as a disrespect not to do so bc it's supposed to be us time. Am I being overly dramatic? We usually only get nights together so it's not like we're together all day long.
