When I get coffee from Starbucks or another coffee place I get half caff. At home I drink full caff (a smaller amount) or just make half caff. Depends on why I want it. If it's just for the warm drink or flavor I do half caff because then I can have more

I still do, but I only ever drink one coffee a day, which is in the morning after his first feeding. I never drank more than one though, even before I was pregnant.

I love coffee to much. I did only have one cup when she was born. It gave her an upset tummy. But now it doesn't.

According to lactimed, nursing mothers can drink up to 6 cups of coffee after the baby is 2 weeks old with no negative effects. I know My baby was sensitive though.

I drank some once in a while while pregnant. I haven't since my son was born. I'm just concerned how it may affect him..:(
