Menstrual like cramps and light headed

Hey guys! I'm 31+2 today and have been having constant mild period like cramps. Besides that I've been feeling lightheaded and have no energy to even get up unless I'm drinking my water or going to the bathroom. I've been laying on my side waiting for movement but I haven't had any luck although I know at this point he's sleeping more than usual. Should I be concerned?
