We take these as a couple. They do sell the women’s prenatal separate if your partner isn’t willing to take it. My OBGYN recommended these when I was pregnant. I had a full blood panel done and my tests came back all normal and I don’t always eat the best. They also help me to feel a natural energy and can definitely tell when I haven’t taken it that day- feel more sluggish without them. Good luck
