Cramping at 37w3d

I have had some occasional cramping over the last few days. Feels like menstrual cramps down low. Usually my stomach will get hard, but to me it feel like baby pushing up against my uterus. So I am having a hard time telling if this is baby’s movement causing these cramps, or if they are Braxton hicks.
