I just had the WORST round ligament pain in my lower abdomen after sneezing while laying on my side. It literally hurt so freaking bad, I cringed while holding my abdomen. I’m 11w tomorrow and I’ve never experienced so much freaking pain in my abdomen after a sneeze ever since becoming pregnant. Like it was all over my lower abdomen it was ridiculous. Is this much pain normal after a sneeze? Hoping the pain was just round ligament pain and nothing serious 😓…
